I’m Vic.  Outside of work I like reading, travel (so original), photography, and learning languages.  I’m learning Spanish and Ukrainian.

Work

I’m a security consultant based in Basingstoke.  I’ve previously ran security for a small company, done technical writing/vuln research-lite work, and a few odd jobs over the years.

Volunteer work

I spend as much of my time as I can manage volunteering out in Ukraine.  I’ve been over 20 times since the start of the full scale invasion.  I’ve done all sorts of things including supply runs, an evacuation, weaving camouflage nets, making food for soldiers, making trench candles, and teaching kids English.
